Now that summer appears to be over I had the pleasure of testing out my Sous Vide skills by seeing if pork ribs could be cooked by this technique. Rubbed the ribs with traditional seasoning and vacuum sealed them. Cooked at 140F for 24 hours. After finishing them in the sous vide I patted them dry and put my homemade Apricot- Curry BBQ sauce on them. Cooked them on my grille for 10 minutes to get beautiful charred marks.
